I'm trying to create a graph model for the Bulgarian population and running into troubles when adding several admixture candidates for it. I've currently identified 4 populations (I can go into details how I did it). The graphs are kind of okay with 2 of them. The problems start when I have 3 and it's gets way worse at the moment I try to add Kazakhstan_Nomad_HP.SG
I tried posting links to images of the graphs but it doesn't let me because my score is low
Can you advise how to proceed?
