GEDMatch DNA companies vs Gedmatch

Will a different result from a different DNA site, result in different admix from Gedmatch after putting the information in?
My dad did a LivingDNA test, which we are still a bit cynical about, concerning the results. He has done a 23andMe one, and we are awaiting the results for that.

Yes, there will be small differences between raw data files from different companies.

Eurogenes Global25 is probably better than all gedmatch calculators but it's not on gedmatch yet and it costs 12 USD to get your coordinates. I hope one day he releases it on gedmatch.

You can use existing Global25 coordinates to make admixture models on the vahaduo website and other gedmatch calculators.
