Not to discourage anybody, but skin colours on pictures are very unreliable, without seaking of the tanned/not tanned question!
Even eye colour can be mistaking according to light exposition.

The first picture i remember getting right back from a beach when i took it but it is not representative since it was getting dark.

This is a more balanced one outdoors mid day :
