is 23 and me accurate?

so, i was watching a youtuber s speak about genetics he lives in norway was born there but he mentions his haplogroup is E. how did he obtain this info? through 23 and me now i know we all share common ancestry but he carries 0 visible traits of the group and im also aware that 23 and me is not the best like for example saying cats are 62% european . interestingly enough he got his dna tested from another company his dna result shows 100% european 0% african influence thought??

He could have E-V13 which is 8500 years old in europe.

ye maybe but i think its the african group also 23 an me has been known to be sketchy trying to connect people whore distant cousins its trying to appeal to the white american market who're curious about their "ethnic lineage""

23andme is not reliable, I have heard Ancestry DNA has a more accurate chip and goes back around 1000 years.
