Was, archaeologically discovered, L'Anse aux Meadows - in Newfoundland - the only Norse settlement in North America? Or were there more?

It seems to me that the village established by Thorfinn Karlsefni should have been located somewhere in New Brunswick, not Newfoundland?

So far, the only finding of a possible settlement, other than l'Anse aux Meadows, is this one in southern Newfoundland.
With the recognized seafaring ability of the Vikings, and their excellent ships, it would be very strange if they had only reached these places. Let's think that the Polynesians, with tied log boats, colonized the furthest islands of the world's largest ocean...

Yes there was only one and they likely had inter actions and conflicts with the indigenous natives.
