Strictly European Y-dna

what exactly do you mean by "strictly european"? if you mean by how endemic one haplogroup is to europe then only haplogroup I really counts since I (putting aside minor haplos like C-V20) is the only major haplogroup to likely have been formed in europe (I's ancestor IJ was likely born in west asia though) and other haplogroups found in modern day europeans came from elsewhere i.e the most common haplogroup in europe today R was likely born in northeast asia.
