Politics Will Russia Attack Ukraine?

Question- Russia has it's financial assets frozen by the West, does that include money collected and paid for Russian energy? Is that why Putin refers to not being a charity, and wanting payment in his terms? What could happen if energy stops flowing from Russia into Europe, (for example Germany GDP)possible rationing?

Well, between a recession and total Blackout a lot is possible. The economy we had is impossible to keep up without the Russian resources, the fracking gas is more expensive, dangerous, ecologically damaging, won't be enough anyway.

If anything we will approach the dollar collapse and societal-political "reset" faster or an even bigger conflict against the upcoming Chinese-Russian block.

To cut the Russian resources with the sanctions, especially gas, is the most stupid decision possible, topped only by a direct military intervention.

Zelensky: Peace will come from Ukrainian strength on battlefields, not from negotiations

Zelensky: Peace will come from Ukrainian strength on battlefields, not from negotiations
Yeah, he is the man for the dirty war and he's doing the job from the provocations and attacks which caused it to the next escalation level. The Selenski regime is just reckless and the US Establishment can celebrate.
And for that, for these warmongers we Europeans are supposed to economically crash or even worse being dragged into a war, it's unbelievable.

They are counterattacking against Moscow:

Binkov is Russian (and he sounded pro-Russian in his previous video from 2 months ago):

^^^
It's over for Putin if even Binkov admits that Ukraine has won.

Occupied territory since 24 February is not much larger than occupied territory pre 24 February:

Zelenski is right all along, he has read what Patton wrote - the only language that Homo Sovieticus (Russian) understands, is brute force:

^^^
Indeed World War 2 was only a half-victory and Patton knew it well. Only one of the two most vile regimes and ideologies was defeated.

Patton wanted to invade Russia after Nazi Germany's surrender - but they didn't let him, and he died soon after.

Patton was right, Americans should have invaded Russia in 1945 / 1946 - before Russia obtained nukes.

The whole Cold War would have been avoided.

^^^ About the Smolensk crash:

"(...) On April 10, 2010, 96 people died in the Tu-154M plane crash near Smolensk, including President Lech Kaczyński and his wife Maria, the highest commanders of the Polish Army and the last president of the Republic of Poland in exile, Ryszard Kaczorowski. The Polish delegation was heading to the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Katyn massacre.

In 2010-2011, the Smolensk plane crash was investigated by the Aircraft Accident Investigation Commission chaired by the then head of the Ministry of Interior and Administration, Jerzy Miller. In a report published in July 2011, the Miller commission stated that the cause of the crash was the descent below the minimum descent height, and as a consequence the plane collided with trees, leading to the gradual destruction of the machine structure. The Commission emphasized that neither the sound recorders nor the flight parameters confirm the thesis about the explosion on board the plane.

In February 2016, a subcommittee to re-examine the crash was appointed by Macierewicz - then the head of the Ministry of National Defense - at the Ministry of National Defense. According to Macierewicz, the state institutions that had previously investigated the crash failed to fulfill their obligations, and the decisions were of a political nature. In January 2018, the new Minister of Defense, Mariusz Błaszczak, appointed Macierewicz as the chairman of the Subcommittee for the re-examination of the aviation accident of April 10, 2010 in Smolensk. In April 2018, a technical report of the subcommittee was published, which showed that the Tu-154M aircraft was destroyed as a result of an explosion. (...)"

^^^
It was a smart move by Putin - he eliminated all of the highest commanders of the Polish army with just one explosion.

He saved a lot of ammunition.

I hope Zelensky already has a good plan for immediate counteroffensive:

This economic powerplay is going to work like a boomerang for Putin. 40% of the Russian income is dependent on it. 84% goes to Europe. On short term Putin can't sell it massive to other countries....With a costly war this can mean the total economic collaps for Russia.

I think that is the least of Putin's worries right now. His worries are his losses on the battlefield.
That oil and gas will find it's way to China and other countries by next winter.
Only Europe, the US and Canada are putting sanctions in place, not India, not Indonesia, not China, not even Israel.

Indeed the battlefield is major concern, that already means lots of losses.....
The whole capacity of oil and gas (84%goes to Europe!) can't be pumped into China within a year. So the pressure is not only on the European side.

Wake up call for Europe to be independent of Russia.

I'm living on the biggest gas bel of Europe. But because the winning has caused severe earthquakes. So by next year it would meaning wining 0. In a poll 63% percent of of the Dutch (43% of the Groningers) has said ok when the need is there we must continue. And don't think that's an easy offer because that means end of living safe in your own house. Still the majority support this and even 43% of the Groningers.

What I mean to say must we only look at the wallet or are there are more things at stake. We must be ready to offer.

But it will hurt Europeans more than Russia, you will see. It's stupid to not buy his gas, we have, at the moment, no viable alternative to keep up our supply for the economy and basic needs. There is no alternative at hands which works even remotely as good.
