I recently came across a great little youtube video breaking down autosomal, mtdna, and y-dna and tracing the human migrations into the British Isles, covering Cheddar man, Beaker Invasion, Roman Occupation, Anglo-Saxon, Viking and Norman Conquest. It even address the phenotypes for all those focused on skin color
