Around 66% of Americans report knowing their blood types yet some of them later-on correct it as they were mistaken about it.
In many Asian countries, almost everyone knows their blood type.
I have also come to believe that in Eastern Europe more are aware of their blood types than in Western Europe.
Do any of you have some statistics?

I don't have statistics. But in my family we know all the groups. My impression is that everybody has someone in his/her House that knows it.

Well, I can tell you that I always forget whether it's A+ or B+. I think it's A+.

I once called my doctor's office to ask and they wouldn't tell me, as it's confidential. Absurd, isn't it? I meant to take it up with my doctor herself, but forgot.

I have both 23andme and Ancestry DNA. Does either one give you your blood type?

When I was a teen for a long time I thought my blood type was O+ but much later as an adult I learned I was B+

My type blood O-
