Autosomal Maps of France

There is a Medieval French (13th century) sample available, from Quiberon:

https://umap.openstreetmap.fr/en/map/ancient-human-dna_41837#14/47.4754/-3.1001

Target: FRA_Medieval_I15027
Distance: 3.8868% / 0.03886840
46.2 West_Eurasian:Yamnaya_RUS_Samara
40.0 West_Eurasian:TUR_Barcin_N
13.8 West_Eurasian:WHG_I1875

Scores exactly like modern Morbihan (within 40-35% range of Barcin_Neo, but borderline with 40-45% range).

Bretons from Morbihan have not changed autosomally since the 13th century.

I have just discovered this thread. Great initiative, Tomenable. I am looking forward to your maps of Steppe, WHG, EHG and other ancestries.

Tomenable
Do you differenciate between EEF admix and CHG like admix in your map ?
