Hey all,

I'm new to the admixture scene and started playing around with a bunch of the calculators that came with Admixture Studio. One of these was the Tolan K20 Bronze Age calculator, which I believe was adapted from Eurogenes K36. https:// gen3553.pagesperso-orange.fr/ADN/K20. htm

There are two Steppe components in the results that I'm not familiar with - West-Steppe and East-Steppe. I was only aware of the north-south divide between Mykop-SouthYamna-NorthYamna. Is anyone familiar with this East/West divide and what its significance is?

I seem to have a lot more East-Steppe (31.55%) than West-Step (8.01%) while my wife has the opposite (3.8% ES vs 24.92 WS).

Thanks in advance
