The latest article on this is probably Mittnik 2018: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5789860/

The only male from that period has Y-DNA I.

Wikipedia mentions also I2 and R1a from earlier work.

I believe the population of Kunda culture was quite small overall (numbering in thousands across the eastern Baltic) and not many sites have been found either.
