According to yfull, R1 formed approximately 26200 BC.

R1, N, Q and C are the most likely contenders

R1 came out of K-M9

first to come out of this was haplogroup LT ..46000 years ago

they split into L and T haplogroup

LT PF5530/M2410 * Y3801/FGC1169 * CTS2888/PF5543/M2477+31 SNPs................formed 45400 ybp, TMRCA 42600 ybp
L M2607/S7544 * Z20136 * Z20139+227 SNPs formed 42600 ybp, TMRCA 23100 ybp
T CTS11569 * CTS3837 * CTS150+210 SNPs formed 42600 ybp, TMRCA 26900 ybp

K2a and K2b formed from K-M9

K2a produced N and O haplogroups

and

K2b produced S and M and P haplogroups

from P haplogroup came Q and R haplogroup 24000ybp

so...all these haplogroups are related with R haplogroup being one of the youngest
