Perfect soup for dank, dark, drizzly days like today.
Added benefit: the garlic will help keep you healthy.
For the record I don't much care for Italian Wedding Soup, which I only tasted here as it isn't made in my part of Italy, and I think this soup is far superior.
If you really love garlic you could roast two heads, but for me it was perfect.
