Hi everyone.

I have a gap ranging between 4,000 b.c. and 3,000 b.c.
Before the pre-Hellenic civilizations, ¿which were the cultures that populated Europe?
I refer to those prior to the Cycladic civilization.

Thanks in advance.

I suppose some kind of Neolithic people inhabited the area (see Sesklo and Dimini in Thessaly) + the Minoans in Crete.

Before that the Greek Gods (!), see for example Theogony.

However see also here, they have a good chit-chat about these matters.

The Final Neolithic phase of the Aegean (4500BC-3200BC). They were typical Neolithic peoples. You will have to narrow your search down to specific sites and read about the archeological discoveries. A lot of the data surrounds pottery types, so they tend to be labeled like wise. There wasn't a sweeping style or place name for large regions in the Neolithic. The cultures styles are very localized, but they share a common Neolithic package with the rest of Europe.
