How come my North Atlantic is so high(Russians/Ukrainians usually have 22-27%) despite my being from the Eastern Sloboda Ukraine (currently Russia)? And why do I get close distances to Poles instead of Russians and Ukrainians? I've no known Germanic or Polish ancestry. Or is it due to the fact that most calculators struggle with Eastern Slavs in general?
Some other services like DNAgenics and MyHeritageDNA show me a 87-89% 'Western Slavic' with the rest being either Baltic or Finnish. No Eastern Slavic at all.
I've always considered myself to be a 'Russified Ukrainian', but these calculators are all over the place :/

Thanks in advance!

It could be a result of the PLC heritage in the region. You are a bit to the east of that, but people move and mingle.

What's PLC? First time I hear this abbreviation.

I'm half Russian half Bulgarian with ancestry from the Rostov and Donetsk regions and calculators think I'm Slovak.
