This criminal was slated to be brought before a court, before fleeing to North Korea. But for some odd reason the US military is worried about him and his well being. Maybe it is a front, to just get him back and bring him to justice. But considering the current regime, they may genuinely be concerned for his safety. They should leave him North Korea to die.
