HowTo create DNA-Maps, Haplo-Trees Software

I created a new thread here, asking in "New R1a map"

I'm very interested what software is used to create this kind of maps. I like to use them on a regional basis for distribution maps out of geodata from GEDCOM-files.

Just Photoshop. All scrupulously handmade.

How is this possible manually with so many statistical data? Can you make us a howto? Maybe not only me is interested in the creation of distribution maps and haplogroup-trees and other useful software for DNA-Genalogy. To everyone: please indicate Software here. Tanks.
