About the Russian sample at Yfull (id:YF131602) and FTDNA.
The Analysis from Z.Markovic at I2a Y-Haplogroup:
A Big Y-700 was completed in August 2024 for Komarov kit BP68551. He traces his paternal ancestry to the late 1600s in eastern Moscow Oblast, Russia and according to his Y111 markers he belongs to the Dinaric South cluster (I-PH908). He has no names on his Y-DNA matches list at the Y111 and Y67 level, and he has no close Y37 matches.
According to his Big Y-700 Mr Komarov belongs to I-FT355750. This is a branch immediately below I-PH908 but it's a rare branch. The PH908 haplogroup had a rapid expansion approximately 2000 years ago and FTDNA shows many immediate descendant branches:

But we can group these branches based on values for the DYS561 STR marker. Some branches have DYS561=15 and some branches that have DYS561=16. This information isn't shown on official haplogroup trees. The I-FT355750 branch is in the DYS561=15 cluster.
Most of the members of haplogroup I-PH908 are from Central and SE Europe. Samples from Turkey may be the result of an influx from Europe. Haplogroup I-PH908 is also rare in Eastern Europe, but there are some branches that spread there.
There are only two Big Y samples in I-FT355750: Mr Komarov and kit IN86596 (Albania, more specifically Tosk (southern) Albanian).
The YFull tree includes four additional samples: two modern scientific samples from Turkey, and two samples from customers of other labs: Romania (Nebula Genomics) and North Macedonia (YSeq). YFull also includes Komarov's result and kit IN86596, both men purchased their BAM files from FTDNA and ordered the YFull analysis:

FTDNA's Big Y Block Tree only includes the two Big Y samples (Russia and Albania. But FTDNA used the information from the Turkish scientific samples to create branches which are shown on the Block Tree. And FTDNA shows the Turkish samples in the Discover Haplogroup Reports--Time Tree. FTDNA doesn't show the samples from other testing companies and FTDNA doesn't use any of their information.

Although FTDNA doesn't use the YSeq and Nebula data, the FTDNA Big Y Block Tree and Time Tree show the correct tree structure and SNP information according to current knowledge. I think YFull will update its tree soon and the YFull and FTDNA trees will agree.
All samples are FT355750+ and Y214276+, these SNPs are equivalent.
Komarov (Russia) belongs to an unnamed I-FT355750* branch. All other samples have positive results for FT356032, they belong to I-FT356032.
Two samples belong to unnamed I-FT356032* branches: scientific sample SRS8752639 (Turkey) and YSeq sample YF112482 (Romania).
The remaining samples share positive results for two SNPs: FT355524 and Y214505/FTA6248. The members of this I-FT355524 branch are kit IN86596 (Albania), scientific sample SRS8752591 (Turkey) and Nebula sample YF112414 (North Macedonia).
According to Zdenko's count Komarov has 18 private SNPs/variants. Two of these SNPs occur in regions that are considered unsuitable for phylogeny and three have been reported in distant haplogroups. According to the Big Y Block Tree Komarov has 13 private SNPs.
