May not be accurate for those with Natufian or Zagros ancestry, it tends to inflate Natufian ancestry and deflate Zagros ancestry.
CHG tends to be deflated by a deviation of 1%. It will be inflated into your European HG ancestry.

For myself, it's almost completely accurate, the ANF is spot-on with my Illustrative results, the only difference being in the CHG and European HG ancestry, 0.6% of the CHG DNA was inflated onto my European HG ancestry.

I've found it challenging to specifically isolate my specific admixture of Natufian. But based on what I can gather its somewhere between 5-10% perhaps slightly higher if anyone can find specific admix results of Anatolia neolithic sample Bar25. Which in these sort of lists provides a better fit. One of the reasons for this is because Natufians and Neolithic Anatolians descend from similar earlier near eastern hunter-gatherer populations. I tried isolating my Natufian admix by using slighlty earlier samples, mainly AHG from Pinarbasi. But I've since learned that even the hunter-gatherer from Pinarbasi had 5-10% Natufian admixture.
