One of many worrying developments in all of this is the radicalization going on in prisons, among a population already high in people who are anti-social and have varying levels of mental instability. They also usually have ways to access illegal weapons.

This just goes on and on. What a horror.

I just don't understand how serious offenders are on the streets. You can't put a price on freedom and safety, especially when the most law abiding and honest are the ones who are at the most risk. The "solution" isn't working.
