N9a3 is branch of N9. now N9 is rare in world but most North East Asian. your mother must be North East Asian.(chinese, korean, japanese or else)

In a new study, "Kazak mitochondrial genomes provide insights into the human population history of Central Eurasia" by Ayken Askapuli, Miguel Vilar, et al. in PLoS ONE 17(11) (November 29, 2022): e0277771 in Supplementary Table 2, one female carrier of mtDNA haplogroup N9a3 was identified among the Alban clan of Kazakh people in Almati Oblast. Sample ID: AL118.

Jomon have N9b, Not N9a, N9a is something like Hmong,Southern china
