E-V13 is now E1b1b1a1b1a and is a subclade of E1b1b1a1b1 or E-L618 which is in turn of subclade of E1b1b1a1b (E-Z1919).
E-V12 and E-V65 are now considered subclades of E-Z1902, while E-V22 is classified with E-L168 as subclades of E-Z1919.
A third subclade of E-M78 was announced and it's E-M521.
So to sum up here is the new classification of E-M78:
