Hi, I've done the big Y-700 and have gotten very detailed results on my haplogroup. I'm curious if anyone here as more information on the I haplogroup/ subclades and where they may originate from. I've seen several theories and outdated haplogroup maps about how L205 was situated around the low countries (possibly Normandy). Please see below my haplogroup line.

I-L758>M170>Z2699>L840>M253>DF29>Y2592>CTS6364>CTS10028>S6346>L22>Z2338>L205>A1463>FT121995>A1465>A13863

Any new information is greatly appreciated.

Thank You

Have you checked Discover?

Looks like a Anglo-Saxon or Norman Germanic branch to me:
Thanks for the information. What do you look for on there that allows you to determine/guess the branch? Are you going off the country of origin that other testers self-report? I have access to a lot more information while signed in.

Both ancient DNA matches and modern testers on your branch, their TMRCA etc.
