Not only, Denisovan/Neanderthal introgressions are also identified at the SNP level.
Per-se, I have nothing to "imagine", that's not how science works.
Thinking that there is an "ancient DNA mafia" shaking on its fundation because of few randoms on a forum is ... how to say that politely ... very unlikely ?

If you think that this topic needs a total revision, feel free to write and submit a paper to open a scientific discussion.
At the end of the day, you just have to provide a new model explaining the data that up to now have been interpreted as Neanderthal/Denisovan introgressions ...
If you can provide such model, a scientific disuccussion will start (and most scientists working on this topic will be very happy to have such discussion).
But, lets be honest, the likelyhood that your present claims are based on a limited comprehension of the data is way higher.

It reminds me the many students I saw that were thinking that they could prove special-relativity to be mathematically wrong ... The only things they were effectively proving was their inability to understand what is an hyperbolic rotation.

PS: I stop here, the topic is about GA situation, not some strange theories about gangs of scientists taking down flat-earth-level ideas.
