The official / census figures which I found are as follows (correct me if any of these percentages are wrong):

South America:

Uruguay - 2.4%
Brazil - 0.8%
Argentina - 2.83%
Venezuela - 2%
Chile - 12.44%
Colombia - 4.31%
Paraguay - 1.7%
Ecuador - 7.69%
Peru - 25.75% - in reality probably closer to 45% are Natives*
Bolivia - 41.52% - actually 62% were Natives in the 2001 census: https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/17442222.2019.1612829
Guyana - 10.5%
Suriname - 3.8%
French Guiana - 4%

North America:

Mexico - either 19.41% or 9.36% - https://www.indigenousmexico.org/articles/exploring-ethnicity-in-mexico-today
Nicaragua - 4.4%
Costa Rica - 2.4%
Guatemala - 43.56%
Panama - 12.3%
Belize - 10.6%
El Salvador - 1%
Honduras - 6.3%
Puerto Rico - 0.5%
Dominica - 4%
St Vincent & the Grenadines - 2%
Canada - 3.24% (if counting only First Nations & Inuits, without the Metis)
USA - 1.12%
Greenland - 89.7%

But for example when it comes to Peru, out of 334 GEDmatch kits as many as 139 (41.6%) are between 0-10% genetically European. And when it comes to Bolivia out of 94 GEDmatch kits as many as 47 (50.0%) are between 0-10% European.

So it seems that at least for these two countries the official figures are underestimated, especially for Peru.

It seems that in Peru there are many people who identify as Mestizo despite in fact being pure or almost pure Amerindians.

*Here the percentage of Amerindians in Peru is given as 45% which is probably closer to the truth than the census figure:

Color or Race Resident population on the reference date, by color or race - Brazil’s 2022 Demographic Census ( The last one)
E8lWFl0.jpeg

Color or Race (each block ≈ 0.5%)

White: 88,252,121

Black: 20,656,458

Yellow (Asian): 850,130

Brown : 92,083,286

Indigenous: 1,227,642**

Population: 203,080,756 people.
Indigenous people: 1,227,642/203,070,756 = 0.00605 or 0.6%

**In the 2022 Census, indigenous people are defined as people who live in indigenous areas and who self-identify as "color or race" or "consider themselves indigenous", and also people who live outside indigenous areas and self-identify as "color or race". Therefore, the total number of indigenous people may be higher than the total number of people of indigenous color or race.

I have seen also a 0.8% figure for Brazil, check here:

In case of Mexico check here - https://www.indigenousmexico.org/articles/exploring-ethnicity-in-mexico-today

19.41% is the number of people who identify as Native, and 9.36% is the number who speak Native languages.

I have seen also a 0.8% figure for Brazil, check here:

Yes. This value refers to the preliminary data from the 2022 census released in August 2023 by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics - IBGE:
https://www.gov.br/funai/pt-br/assuntos/noticias/2023/dados-do-censo-2022-revelam-que-o-brasil-tem-1-7-milhao-de-indigenas#:~:text=Foram divulgados nesta segunda-feira,dos Povos Indígenas (Funai).

The final data from the 2022 household census were released by the same institute on October 10, 2023:
https://censo2022.ibge.gov.br/panorama/

In fact, Considering the last link data, the aggregate of those who consider themselves indigenous (467,194) plus those of indigenous color and race (1,227,642) generates an aggregate total of 1,694,836, or almost 1.7 million.

But these % are not scientific, they are just "identify". Using only genetic studies, what are the % of Amerindian by country? I am spaniard and simply seeing their faces you know % of Amerindian are much, much higher than their "identities". European ancestry in Center and South America (except South Brazil, Central Argentina and Chile and Uruguay) has to be really low.

Map updated:

Panama - 17.2%
Costa Rica - 2.42%
Nicaragua - 4.43%
Honduras - 6.55%
Guatemala - 43.43%
Colombia - 4.4%
Argentina - 2.9%
Brazil - 0.83%
Guyana - 10.51%
Montserrat - 0.1%
Dominica - 2.9%

The percent of people who are between 90% and 100% Amerindian is probably very similar to figures from my map, or even lower.

The Genomic Ancestry of Individuals from Different Geographical Regions of Brazil Is More Uniform Than Expected

In all regions studied the European ancestry was predominant, with proportions being ranging from 60.6% in the Northeast to 77.7% in the South (Figure 3). The African proportion was highest in the Northeast (30.3%), followed in decreasing order by the Southeast (18.9%), South (12.7%), and North (10.9%). On the other hand, the Amerindian proportion was highest in the North (19.4%), while relatively uniform in the other three other regions.
