When Haplogroup Q replaced by Haplogroup N in Siberia?

Haplogroup N today mostly found in all of Siberian Peoples such as Uralics, Koryaks, Itelmens... I think that before Uralic expansion, Haplogroup N only small percentage in Siberian peoples or totally absent from them. Uralic expansion almost totally changed Siberian Y-DNA and replaced Q, P and R. Non-Uralic peoples such as Koryaks, Chukchis have N Y-DNA mostly or significant percentage. They show that Uralic expansion was massive movement into Siberia.

Yes. Haplogroup Q was present in Siberia in the Late Palaeolithic and Mesolithic, while N only spread during the Neolithic from China.
