You get quite similar Iron Age results to me (if I choose Greece and Cyprus as the region), except I don't get Anatolia

What do you mean? Classical Greece is Balkan.

PS. But yes, maybe you are right, my results are more shifted towards western Mediterranean

It is what it is. My ancestors once lived not far away from Greece, so probably that's why
