Why in language Albanian we use words germanic??

Hi people.
I have only a little question (if you know).
Why in language Albanian we use words german??

Albanian=Muzik---German=Muzik.
Albanian=Ju (second person plural)---English=You (second person plural).

The word muzik in Albanian, and the corresponding words in German as well as in many other languages, is simply a loan from the Greek word 'mousike'.
