R1b (M343) East of the Caspian?

I quite don't understand why the location of m343 origin is set East of the Caspian, considering that it is virtually absent there and any reported occurrence is rather West of it or displaced population with origin there.

I was more expecting a SOutheast Caspian origin of R1a while R1b being more likely Southwest of the Caspian.

Considering the low diversity and general absence of M343 in most other Central Asian populations, and Western China being unlikely to be the source of any Caucasian haplogroup, it is not likely that M343 originated there. But we know of several Caucasian tribes which resided there like the Tocharians. M343 in Uygurs is most likely the trace of this.

While West of the Caspian the occurence of M343 is much more widespread.
