It's unclear what you're asking. Maciamo has compiled a list of DNA by country on this website. Look at the Genetics section. You'll see that Austria, Bosnia, Serbia and Croatia have less J2 than Turkey, Greece or Albania.

It is hard to relate a haplogroup to a modern nation just like that

You may have thought of I2 instead of J2? There is some relation of I2 and the Balkan region, which is being discussed...
