Thanks for all the great pictures. I noticed that a few pictures appear to show men or boys in fustanellas, which I've typically seen as more of a Greek thing. I did some research and it turns out it has a long history in Albania too.

The majority of the population of the Albanians times ago wear fustanella. The name fustanella is an Albanian word. It was the traditional clothing of the inhabitants of the old and nova epirus. I don't know what word they use in Greece for the fustanella.
