This came across my feed: it shows the production of beer in the temple of Inanna in ancient Uruk.

Here the depiction is of some sort of tavern. Amazing.

I thought it was his arm and hand, no?! :LOL::embarassed:

I thought it looked like a hookah bar, but those are long straws for slurping up the liquid. :)
 
Further investigation convinces me that the figure in the lower right corner is a female wearing her hair drawn back into a tight bun. She is dancing with another member of the party whose garment is partially visible. The beer hookah might actually be a large cephalopod, though it is hard to understand why such a creature would be present in a Mesopotamian tavern.
