Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone here has had any success getting an email response from the people at Dante Labs USA?

Also wondering if any members have first-hand experience from the Dante kit blood extraction test (result)?

Not only that, I'm wondering if the little magic-gell vial has an expiry life & death (like me & you)?

Sadly, all this wondering has precipitated my cluelessness on the address to return the Tasso DNA test kit Dante Labs sent me as there is no address label in my package?

Am I destined to suffer all this alone?

Dante customer service is so bad. They are definitely cost effective, especially for WGS. However, despite lower costs, everything else is horrible.

They are horrendous with their organizational skills. For example, a WGS kit that went in in March, had been batched and processed before kits that came in January, and are still not sequenced.

On average, their results in my experience through project collaboration has taken minimum 8 months to as much as 1.5 years. They have no order process where tests ordered and received first are given priority.

They are not my favorite, and I only use them for the lower costs. If you are patient, eventually results will come.
