Hello guys.I have recently started experimenting with the ADGAP website,which makes the computing process of running a qpadm a lot easier.Although,i cant find anything in internet about converting my raw dna file from myheritage to the format of the samples from the AADR data.Can anyone help?

Just in case anyone wants to know, you convert eigenstrat format files to plink by creating a parfile in plink like so (This is also a note for me so I can remember; re-learning this stuff after a year can take a while):

1. Open Ubantu and navigate to where you have it mount, and where you send your files. Ming is on a D drive called "UbuntuJovialisHome":

cd /mnt/d/UbuntuJovialisHome/

2. Create the parfile, I use nano:

nano parfile

3. In the nano file editor type this:

genotypename:    /mnt/d/UbuntuJovialisHome/v62.0_HO_public.geno
snpname...

The trickiest part of all this is the merging of our own data with the data from the Reich Lab.

There are several ways of doing it, here is one of the fastest and simplest.

It’s the conversion of your raw data in 23andme format to Bed format, then to Geno format, then merging it with the Reich data.

All this instructions assume that all the programs and packages needed for the execution in DOS or in Wsl are already installed.
The names of the files can be whatever you want.

1) Convert raw data in 23andme format to bed file (DOS session)
plink --allow-no-sex --alleleACGT...
