Well, according to YFull, E-S2979 formed 3600 ybp, TMRCA 3600 ybp. There are still no North Thracians/Dacians 3600 years ago.

And it's just someone with surname Garibaldi, unknown if he is descendant of Giuseppe Garibaldi.

The main branches of S2979 very clearly lived together much longer, this is especially true for E-FGC11450.

Whether he is from the Garibaldi lineage of Giuseppe is unknown indeed, I just know that he is from the Garibaldis from San Buceto, Genova. Probably an Italian genealogist knows whether the Garibaldis from San Buceto are from the same lineage?
