Hello guys.I have recently started experimenting with the ADGAP website,which makes the computing process of running a qpadm a lot easier.Although,i cant find anything in internet about converting my raw dna file from myheritage to the format of the samples from the AADR data.Can anyone help?

I dont think the differences would be huge.There would be some differences in Balkanic or/and Levantine admixture,but that is the main profile.
