Para-language is language which was from common origin.
 
Original language of R1a (if R1a is not Proto-Indo-European) is Para-Proto-Indo-European. R1a and R1b have same R1 languages in the beginning. Those languages turned and later have less commonality than beginning.
 
I think that yamnaya language and R1a language is different but those languages have same language family.(PIE and Para-PIE languages)

Why I think this? Because Their paternal is different and have common origin(R1).
