No, you should end it now if it is with a woman. Most psychopaths are narcissistic and delusional. There are some psychopaths who have a minor case of psychopathy and people considered "normal" often have more psychotic traits than they do. Melodramatic emotional people who are cringe socially and make threats over trivial things in life, self entitlement and would call the police for non-emergencies, mentally ill "Karen Daren" behavior.

Define healthy relationship these days. I would define it as a cooperative long term partnership which is the base of a family and being the source and environment for children.
The latter part is particularly problematic, because the children will be, one way or another, being affected by the parents own traits and behaviours. Therefore the question is not just whether or not you can live with that person, but whether or not you would like to have children like this person, being raised by this person. That's the real question for any partner and "healthy relationship". Does he/she works as a father/mother in a long term partnership.
