No, of course not.
It’s only a common natural phenomena in the mountains regions of Minas Gerais State, Brazil. It’s just the Orographic clouds. Every year at the end of autumn and the beginning of winter, nature treats us to this beautiful spectacle in Belo Horizonte. This Wednesday, June 17th, in the morning, I was lucky enough to witness this beautiful spectacle. The cold front coming from the south of the continent collided with the southern side of the Serra do Curral mountain range, which frames the landscape on the south side of the city. The air rose up the mountain and cooled suddenly, condensing the humidity into dense clouds that descended to the other side of the mountain like waterfalls, covering part of the city like a "tsunami" of clouds. Brazilians who live at sea level or next (the majority), astonished, believed they were images made by AI and, if not, we we would be walking to the end of times. Poor things, it's clear they have no idea how the climate behaves in mountainous regions.
