Events in Greece at full moon of August

after demands for long time at the past,
the last years many ancient and medieval/byzantine historical places are open at the full moon of August,

this year 2016 is at 18 August, and many areas forbiten every other day are open for the public, mostly free entrance,
the event starts from 17 August and lasts until 21 August, and many places openfor public and are fantastic at night, cause the full moon of August is the biggest of the year, having mostly a silver colour light,

This year the full moon in Greece has started,
the most Interesting night is tonight 7-8 August,

for many hours the silver moon will change collours as it will in the shadows of Earth,
there is an partially eclipse of moon today,

I hope the ones who can see it, enjoy it,

Also remember that this era is era of περσειδες Perseides (curtains)
usually the first or second tenth of August we see the Falling Stars
that is because Earth is moving to a zone of comet remnants,
the density of falling stars can reach 2 per minute or more than 100 per hour,

after 2002, Polytheists manage to celebrate the August fool moon,

this year from yesterday till Monday 27 August.
most archaiological cites will be open to 'live' the silver night,

my most fantastic expereince was at ancient city Samothrace.

it is worthy if you are in Greece, to visit an archaiological site, especially a temple,

the marble and the moon make a fantastic silver light,

it is one of the most fascinating full moons of the year.

Speaking of Greece - I'm on holiday here, and the Armenoid presence is nothing to scoff at at all. Almost everyone here fits somewhere on a Pontid-Armenoid spectrum. It, in most cases, definitely IS NOT Dinarid. There is a small East Europid presence (much smaller than people on anthro forums would have you believe), but then again I'm in the South.
