Greg Clark: Genetics and Social Mobility, transcript of an interview.

It's a long and sometimes difficult read, but it's a complicated and very important issue. I read his first paper or two and thought it was completely wrong, based largely on the experience of my family and many in the U.S. (the Jews in particular put the findings in question), but in his latest work, his position is actually much more nuanced and persuasive, although it would be good if he addressed these New World issues.
