This coin was found in 1800s, like others of this type, we do not know the archaeological context and meaning, not even the location of the find is 100% certain. Initially connected to the Punic Wars, there are also other hypotheses. So it's really risky to use it to make anthropological assumptions like you are doing.
Don't worry, I'm not an Afro- centrist who takes this coin and runs with it, in order to claim that Etruscans were black or blacks were an integral part of their history. On the contrary, I often debate Afrocentric loons who assert that the original Etruscans were black, and debunk them. Sorry, but I'm risking nothing here, the man on the coin is clear as day a Sub-Saharan African. I don't need special knowledge to decipher what is clearly shown on the coin. Plus, like the Greeks the Etruscans made also terracotta vases with Ethiopian heads. It could be that they were just copying Greek pottery who sometimes had Nubian heads on their vase. However, if there were any SSA foreigners residing in Etruria, their number would be minuscule anyway.
