Bill was born in Leipzig, Germany. I don't know much about his family. But he has a twin brother. When I think of a 'German' I can imagine any color of skin hot or cold, but the combination of brown eyes + dark brown hair in the same German person is not usual, but I always find it interesting when it happens. When they sang in an Emo band they used to look more 'pale' - I don't know if in a natural or artificial way, but they certainly look 'hotter' in color now.
