Clearly the "Punics" are mislabeled... That or is basically just adoption of a foreign culture.

It's rather difficult to believe N. Italians, Spanish and Bulgarians being closer related to Norwegian Vikings than Finnish.
That is mostly due to Finnish-specific drift, but also extra Siberian-like ancestry, and less LBK-like ancestry. At any rate, the overall distance is small relative to global poplations.

What about ITA_Marsiliana_Imperial?
Likely labeled differently in AADR, because I couldn't find it. If you give me the sample IDs, I could probably locate it.

Maybe you could try Etruria_Imperial or something similar for a sample living in Etruria in the post-Roman Republic period.

Italy_Tuscany_Grosseto_Imperial.AG comes up with an error:

Same thing here,

Just a reminder, this is not PCA-based distance, it is distance based on polymorphic SNPs, this one looks mixed between Central Mediterraeans, and North African sources, since Tunisian climbs up on the ranking.

Is there an FST output for Iberia_Northeast_Empuries2?

They're labeled differently in AADR:

Clearly mislabeled, or acculturation... or even contamination?:

Completely absurd, Confidence Interval (CI) so bad it is off the chart:

The so-called "outlier" is the only actual Greek, albeit horrendous Confidence Interval (CI):

It is interesting to see how close Albanians are to these samples. Is the Albanian sample, Albanian.HO (my understanding is that this sample is not representative of Albanian as it is heavily Slavic-East Med shifted relative to the average Albanian or it is a Bulgarian/Vlach)?

Are you looking at all European ethnic samples or is it a select few? What distance value is considered "good"?

This is only from the select European samples in the list, not an exhaustive comparison. <0.005 FST is very close, ~0.01–0.02 is typical differentiation. CI matters too. And drift can inflate distances or shift PCA placement, so it’s always somewhat relative.

Not that big of a revelation imo, Lazaridis 2017 showed Albanians (as well as Bulgarians to a lesser extent) pretty close to Mycenaean samples, on par with some Italians basically, only second to Italians and Greeks. Same for Minoan samples (but with larger distances for all).
