Is the American Media Biased?

I have 35 years of experience on you and have read more books than you may ever read in your lifetime.
Alright, I'll give you that. I've gotta' give you that one.

I just cannot see how you could define what he is doing as liberal, but hey.

Anyway, it is clear that you research, check your facts, yada yada yada, so I'll agree to disagree. We defiantly have different views, but heh, that's what makes this country so great.

Anyway, I do agree with you that the Republican Party is greatly changing. It was once the vast party, but is becoming more 'closed,' in a way.

Some are, yes. But seriously, you realize your sterio-typing 295,734,134 people?

I can bet atleast if not more then 3/4 of this number has owned or seen a gun personally.

And why report my post as a bad post?
Maybe because you cant handle what i said.
Maybe because you know i am right.

Is your media biased? I'm sure it is it's own little way.

I didn't. So there. Plus, I'm agreeing with you for the most part. But many are anti-trigger happy.

That's not what I asked. But you don't really need to answer, like I said, I'm sure it's biased it's own little way.

As it's been said before, any media of any country is biased. Some have obvious liberal stances and others have obviously conservative stances. Furthermore, to define liberal and conservative, you need to state a mid-point. So even then, the definition of a liberal media from a, oh say "moderate" person's view, could be highly conservative to an extreme-leftist. I think the bias for the media in the US isn't so much on the side of liberal/conservative, but on "American" vs. international. I live in the international dorm at Cornell and I have many friends from around the world (there and through penpals) and I've noticed there is a major difference of thinking between most american people I know and all of my other friends. Albeit, my non-American friends and I try to look at things with the least amount of bias as possible as I try to make this diagnosis, so this is inherently biased as well. You just can't avoid it. (And now I'll stop before we get into post-modernism and how truth "doesn't exist" and...ok... I'm stopping).
