Hello!! Any information regarding the last name Galliano? Thanks in advance.

In Italy it seems to be a surname from Piedmont (with -o ending. Then in Italy there is also Galliani with a-i ending mostly found in Lombardy and Emilia). It could be of toponymic origin (-anus is a suffix frequently found in place names of Latin origin. The root could perhaps be connected to the name of the Gauls but there could be other explanations).

In Italy, Galliano is also a first name. Today it is rare and more frequent until the mid-20th century.

A Greek politician, doctor, and former basketball player has the surname Kikilias which imho is somehow related to plebeian gens Caecilia.

Coincidentally his mother is a professor of Latin.
