Data for years before 1385 (Union of Krewo) include Jews in future territory of Poland-Lithuania (in fact in Poland because before 1385 there were probably no Jews in Lithuania). And data for years after 1772 (First Partition) include Jews in former territory of Poland-Lithuania:

The number of Jews in subsequent years was:

In year 1490 - ca. 30 thousands (ca. 0.4% of entire population which was 7.5 millions)
In year 1576 - ca. 150 thousands (ca. 1.58% of entire population which was 9.5 millions)
In year 1648 - ca. 500 thousands (ca. 4.17% of entire population which was 12 millions)
In year 1660 - ca. 350 thousands (after losses in Khmelnytsky Uprising and the Deluge)

Interesting observations:

1) In period from late 15th century to mid-17th century Jews were increasing much faster than total population.

2) In period of the Partitions and Napoleonic Wars Jews were again increasing much faster than total population.

3) During the time period from the end of the Napoleonic Wars to the beginning of First World War the percentage of Jews among the population remained the same, even though probably they still had a higher rate of natural increase than Non-Jews (the reason for this is probably the large scale of Jewish emigration, including mass emigration to the United States of America, during this period).
