In G25 with various samples on the 2-way I was getting near east paired with a British Isles samples, so I had more tests done

This is where G25 sort of breaks away from qpAdm. I get better fits with England_MIA in G25 than Scotland_MIA:

the model with jordan_ppnb is not good.
how big its your merged file? I think u tested with every major company out there so it must be pretty big haha
 
My merged file is 12MB. You don't like the standard error?
 
The model that is about England MIA and Egypt didn't pass (The p-value/taildiff has to be at least 0.05) so statistically is a fail and must be redone or discarded.

looking in notepad it goes down to line 1,464,156 and the first 21 are metadata. So 1,464,135 SNPs?

*If anyone wasn't aware the update on IllustrativeDNA is now not compatible with G25. Apparently, it's a different 25 coordinate PCA based system.
