I see that someone identified the "Colonial American Pennsylvania" reference population as a set of European remains found in northeastern Pennsylvania, dated to 1634-1662 AD (Shohola). The only Europeans in that area at the time (in any significant numbers) were the Dutch. As my closest match, that certainly validates this test for me. My Y-DNA ancestors (English) lived in this area c1745-1810 and married into Dutch families who had lived in the area for several generations. This is most likely where their descendants picked up the reference DNA.
